Hey John,
Video #3 was again eye opening for me, though I feel like i identify with those people that ‘blackout’ quickly when i arrive at the volcanic anger you describe since watching these videos and making the conscious choice to change my patterns of anger I feel as if I have gotten a lot better in such a short time. If only I could get the people around me to see the changes that I am feeling. All in time I suppose. I found the four different types of anger to be something I definitely need to work on transforming the three destructive types of anger into more constructive, and controllable anger for my own sake and the sake of those that I love. The residual anger piece also really hit home because the reason I have decided to look into your program is because of the turmoil I am having at home with my partner as a result of my poor anger management. I look forward to testing out the 6 must have skills during this week while I await the link for video 4.

hi john this vidio again has some very usfull tools the only thing i cant get my head arund is how to dump out the negitive bucket if it is possible that you could email tips that would help me understand i would be very greatfull indeed your vidios are helping my life change alot an my husband is amazed by the the last 3 weeks i have put all what i have lurnt an what i am learning in to practice an its good towards my husband an 2 wonderfull children lloking farward to gearing from you soon have a great weekend
