video two watched! Thank you John again for the tools you are providing. I found this video to be very helpful in terms of the buckets of emotions, as a person who has come from a rough life I do feel like more often than not I am drowning in my self prescribed negative emotions. Though I am aware of the process I am undertaking to change and control I do feel like I have already changed my mindset behind it and am starting to notice changes within myself. I found it interesting that positive emotions were seen to be as a reset button for the emotions. I guess I just have to combat my event focus and ruminative thinking when things to get the best of me. I am well aware of the fact that my anger comes out at the wrong place time and at the wrong person most of the times I find my self uncontrollably angry. I am working on finding my trigger point and stopping myself before i get overboard.
Success follows happiness, in that case I cannot wait to be 75% or more in the positive bucket.

Thank you for this video, right on the mark again, especially about how negative emotions tend to get misdirected to the wrong person and so forth.

Dear Dr. john, i was married to a wonderful man for 40 years and had 3 beautiful daughters. a year and a half ago i became a widow. 7 months later i was diagnosed with breast cancer.. i had to have a double mastectomy. the last 2 years of my life have been more than crazy.i can cope with what has happened from the last 2years but i find it very hard to know what to do with the anger i carry inside me from my childhood which was terrible. i have been trying to deal with UNRESOLVED anger all my married life and have been to many doctors and taken medicine for the past 20 years for depression and anxiety. I think your classes are so needed by so many people. i will be listening to them each week hoping they will help me deal with my UNRESOLVED anger, depression and anxiety.any way you can help me with UNRESOLVED anger will be a God -sent. Thank you so much for the time and hard work you put in for helping others who suffer. I commend you for your caring attitude.
Thank you so much!!!!!
